How do i use Sound Editor?

[:1]All i would like to know is how to set up recorded sounds i have to play on a unit, and custom music to use in triggers. i try to upload sounds but it never works, then i cant make the units say that sound. the same thing happens when i try to upload a picture to the Loading screen editor.|||Here's an in-depth tutorial (Kinda)
