How to use Illidan's Demon Form

[:1]Hi, I am making a map with custom races and I am trying to use the metamorphosis of the demon hunter for it. But its not a regular model so its kind of tricky.. can anyone provide a solution?|||I too would be interested how to do this... I tried using a different model for the ability and it just ends up transforming into a bird(I used Medhiv model for my hero and want to use a shade for metamorphosis) and then the hero just dies.|||Hi, I saw your problem,

The solution is simple, open up the Object Editor and find your unit with the metamorphis ability. Scroll down until you see the line that says "Techtree-Dependecies"

Then delete the demon hunter (evil form) unit and add your metamorphised (The unit that is created after you use metamorphis) unit there.

Actually what I was trying to make it so I could have the metamorphosis form of illidan as its own separate permanent model (the black demon with wigns things). I want to use that as a normal unit is that possible?|||I have a solution for you:

Create an ability based on Pandarean Brew's Storm, Earth, and Fire. Change the icon to the icon you want, and the ability tooltips (You can change the duration and cooldown if you want). Then go to the line that says "Data- Unit summoned types". Delete the existing units and add your custom metamorphis unit up there.

OH does that work? Or does that just make it a spell? Because I want a passive, permanent model of the demon form of illidan as like a commandable unit like a footmen yknow?|||It works but the unit will be summoned.
