Hit Chances?

[:1]If I wanted to give rifleman a 1/3 or 33% chance to hit, how would I set that? In the Worldedit with the frozen throne expansion.|||uhm, i remember a skill for the worm unit missing 100% attack, just check it, (i don�t have mi WE available now)
